• All rates include Electric, Water, Sewer, Laundry Facility access, Free Wi-Fi, trash
• All pets must remain on a leash at all times
• Rates are for one RV, one towing or towed vehicle, and 2 people
• Additional $2.00 per day will be charged for each extra vehicle (This includes motorcycles, boats, cargo trailers, etc).  Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated parking areas.  No parking on empty sites.
• Children 10 years and under are free.  An additional $2.00 fee per person, per day, will be charged for each person over the age of 10.
• To receive the weekly or monthly rate, full payment must be made at the time of registration (no partial payments)
• Monthly rates are for 2 people, 30 or 50 amp.  Each additional person is $20/month.  Pets must be approved by management.
